Interested in Joining our Board of Directors?

Term: 2 years

Commitment: Monthly meetings (via zoom), attendance and facilitation of the AGM, fulfillment of a specific role on the board to maintain park functioning and coordinate projects, approximately 4-6 hours per month of meeting time, correspondence and individual work on projects

All shareholders are welcome to serve on the board, but the skills & experiences listed below are particularly appreciated:

• Experience in management & oversight (strata, corporate, non-profit background valuable)

• Experience in strategic planning

• Experience in financial management & budget planning

• Organization skills and capacity to manage projects independently between meetings or manage sub-committees

• Communication skills - verbal & written with shareholders, contractors and outside organizations

• Technology Skills - ability to update and manage online systems, databases & park website
